Yeah, the fifth season of Big Love will be show’s last.

Big Love has been announced with its fifth season and with the airing of fifth season finale, we all will have to say bye to the show as it won’t be back ever. Big Love will return with its fifth season on Sunday Jan 16, 2010. The season will run for a total of ten episodes and there won’t be any more episodes of the show.

It was March 12, 2006 when Big Love made its debut on HBO Network. Since then, the show has collected fair ratings and positive response from its viewers. It has aired forty-three episodes till now and with the airing of the next episodes, the total no. of episodes would reach fifty-three.

All set in Utah, Big Love follows a family of polygamists. As the series deals with a very sensational topic, polygamy, therefore it has always has been a center of controversies. Controversies and Big Love have as long connection as long the series is. Still we all love it a lot and it is not easy to say bye to our very favorite show.

Well, one complete season is here to enjoy. Let it air…they may change their decision meanwhile. Let’s hope so….Big Love fans’ fingers are crossed.
